That means changing the buttons, etc. If you are not good with a needle and thread, you may want to take it in to a pro, so that the buttons are straight and line up on each arm. Brunnets and Struth in Ontario has some PC waistcoats for $45 cdn in their clearance section that could be added to add to the final appearance as well.
