I just tried it, and it worked for me....
I went and visited the site manager window and this is what it said...

The X-Kilt pdf file is about 1.3 megabytes. I have some music files up at Geocities as well, and they are between 1.3 - 1.8 megabytes. So if someone listens to one of those music files, browses my site and downloads the X-Kilt pdf, that will stop traffic from my site for an hour.

If all they do is download the pdf, the site can dish it up 3x in an hour. User #4 will get the "site volume temporarily exceedeed" message.

I'm entirely happy to hand the thing over to the Moderators and have X-Marks host it, if they want to. I'd move it to my other web site at my ISP, but I'm likely to close that account soon, as I don't use it very much.
