OK, smart-@$$ comments out of the way, I've done some looking. No US Army Artillery tartan, although the Confederate Memorial Tartan is specifically designed with a nod to the Cavalry, Artillery, and Infantry. Given as you're in Seattle, that may not do much for you...
I even tried to trace Molly Pitcher (Mccauly) for a link to a tartan (having lived near the Battle of Monmouth battlefield, I'm particularly fond of that story and like to promote it whenever possible), but alas, even then came up with zip, zilch, zero, nada, goose egg, blank... well, you get the idea.
