I got my first kilt form this store. It's a PV casual 5 yd. in the Campbell of Argyll tartan. I'm very happy with it, and very happy with the service I received. It proved a very affordable way to get into this wonderful life of being kilted. I do understand that the majority of what they sell is imported and of lesser quality than other stores, but for a first kilt, they done me good. And to tell the truth, I would recommend their PV kilts to anyone who wants either an affordable first kilt or just a casual kilt in which one could do things that one would not do in an expensive wool kilt(grilling, maybe ) Having said all that, the kilt in question with the Saltire on the front apron, if that is indeed the one in question, is not an item that would appeal to me. But if it suits you, by all means, go for it! And don't forget to post pics of yourself wearing it proudly when it arrives.
