Newbie from SE Michigan
An avid reader of the forum for almost 3 months who finally procrastinated long enough. New to forums and how it operates. Also new to kilt wearing, but have been a lifetime fan. I just got a Leatherneck Sportkilt in January. Someday I hope to get a "tank," but as long as my Scottish Grammy is still alive, she would kill me if I spent that much money on anything. Her parents (surnames of Chaplin and Shepherd, with Erskine ancestry) were from Monifieth, Scotland. Not a big fan of the Erskine tartans, but better than the Shepherd tartan. I supervise a midnight shift and my opportunity for kilt wearing is limited. I look forward to the rabble!
I put some pics on my AOL profile after I realized they were huge for this sight (like I said, new to these forums and yes, I've read the how-to's also...so someday).
