I am not sure where to stick this thread but here goes. I stumbled across the Heartland International Music and Dance Festival Tattoo website today and thought I would share as I was not able to find any previous mention of it on XMarks. For those in the Chicago area it is March 31st and April 1st at the NIU Convo Center in DeKalb. Looks like it could be interesting.
