Well lets see... loose your house or loose your soul? Hmmm... Well if you sell your soul and end up in the fire at least you will be comfortable in your kilts. I am sure that you could get a good breeze in hell.
As far as finding a cheap kilt, there are alot of those out there but I would go for the quality rather than the cost. If you have to save up for one it will be a little more special to you and will last until you grow out of it. And I mean growing sideways, not like a fad. I would recomend you finding a good kiltmaker and having it done right. While it doesn't have to be from Scotland it should be handmade the old fashioned way.
