The fashion show went off without any problem. We were able to pull it off with a very short notice from the management. The show was part of the Tartan Day Celebration at Doolin's Irish Pub. It was fun for the models and the audience.

We were showing off kilts from Utilikilts, WestCoast Kilts, Bear Kilts, and R Kilts. Before we took the walk and spinned around the bar, the MC introduced each of us. He told the audience who we were and the kilts that we were wearing. As I was doing my walk. there were more than a few people trying to feel the leather and kilt checke me.

I have to say that the audience had seen enough Utilikilts and Tartan kilts, but few have experience the artistry of the Leather Kilt from R Kilts. It was the kilt that got the most reaction. Most people have never seen a leather kilt before. Of course, most people assumed that I was wearing an Utilikilt. The R Kilts got lots of attention from the ladies as well. I passed on a few business cards to them and a few guys. People are impressed that there is an alternative to Utilikilts and that it was made in Canada.

I have to thank Robert for building the wonderful kilt. It got a lot of people's attention.

I don't have any pictures from the night yet. I will post them if I can get them emailed to me.

One last thing, Bear didn't make any new kilt for this fashion show. The kilts at the show were made a few years ago for the Gung Haggis Fat Choy dragon boat team.
