Pleat problems

I have some weird pleat problems with my casual Buchanan kilt.
The right hip has fly away pleats that tend to have stress at the top. I've not gained weight and the kilt fits fine size wise, I've adjusted it in many ways but they are still there. It looked fine when I got it from Rocky but now there seems to be something wrong.

This is NOT a criticism of Rocky's and Kelly's work, I will order another kilt from them.
