Unfortunately, they did not show the back, so I couldn't tell if they had ribbons. Did English sailors wear hats that looked like Glengarries?

These are midshipmen. their hat kinda resemble glengarries, but are actually a low form of the Naval Bi-corns that the officers wore. This usually set them apart as Gentlemen or men of Noble birth. Mini-officers.
