Slightly off-topic, my girlfriend is reading this over my shoulder and wants to know if there's a thread of dos and don't for the women who hang around with men in kilts...

Here's a couple: don't kilt-lift and don't make him pose beside you doing the hitch-hiker leg thing.

Do try and outdo him

Aha, and don't make him a pink kilt, make him a maroon one, with stars yet.
