Kiltmakers in Punch-up
This report of an unfortunate incident on Edinburgh's Royal Mile appears in today's 'Evening News' in the city.
The notorious Gold Brothers (importers and retailers of 'tartan tat') have apparently been leafletting the public outside Geoffrey Nicholsby's [Geoffrey (Tailor) Ltd] premises on Castlehill - one might imagine they were attempting to poach his customers, but I was not there and cannot possibly comment!

[PS: I am sorry but I have realised that the title I gave this thread was both misleading and slightly sensational! The fact is that the fisticuffs involved an esteemed kiltmaker and the representatives of a much less respected retailer! My apologies.]
