Most people at that watering hole have been cool with it. I even get at least one phone # from the women each time I go. I would say 99% of the responses are positive. But, as the saying goes "there's always ONE..."

(I went down the street at 1:30 to another of my haunts and got the one phone # of the night...Gotta maintain my streak...)

As a LEO, I try to defuse a tense situation, de-escalate if you will; but I was prepared, in the "lizard" portion of my brain, to finish (in a particularly swift, messy, and brutal manner) any fight this guy may have been contemplating upon my shy and retiring personage...
