    Thrift Store Jacket Conversions

    Here are a couple of sport jackets that I found in a Thrift store. I bought both for $7.00 USD.

    This one is a dark navy wool.


    This one is a black & white (gray) herringbone.


    Here are some close-ups of the fabric.

    I hope to convert one or both to kilt jackets. (But first I need to complete a kilt project.)

    Any thoughts on these jackets?
