Yup Alren, I be 63....or as my 59 yo little sister likes to point out, in my 64th year...
This is payback though. When I was young I also looked young. No fun being a 21 yo police officer during the riots of the 60s and looking like I was 15. And I was skinny. No flack jackets back then. I'd bulk up wearing TWO sweatshirts under my uniform. Still looked like a kid. Hard to establish "officer presence" with that look.
I tried to age myself with thirty years of chain smoking and alcoholism...but it didn't help much.
Now, as an olde kilted geezer I get to flirt with women who think I'm younger. And, I'm positive it is the kilts that allow it. None of the fun would get started were I in jeans or slacks.
It is SOOOO ironic that the simple answer to meeting fun women is kilting up - but if you suggest it to a young man looking for fun his response will probably be "Say what??"
Its okay...that leaves more ladies for those of us that 'get it.'
