It is extremely small in the picture on line, but it appears to be something similar to the red Ramsay. Other possibilities might be MacLeod of Raasay, Ettrick, Campbell red, etc.... of course, the iconographer could have just made up a tartan design to give the icon a more Scottish feel. (I really doubt any historical church in Scotland every used tartan as an altar cloth).
