I have been a member of XMarks for awhile, and I have seen mentions of the term "cross dressing". How in God's name can anyone consider wearing a kilt cross dressing? That just boggles my mind. How can so manly a garment be looked at as anything else? You would have to be crazy to look at a man in a kilt, especially a traditional ensemble with the kilt hose, flashes, sporran, etc, etc, and consider that effeminate. Any guy who makes that remark to a kilted man must be insecure himself. The phrase, "It takes a real man to wear a kilt" is so true. Luckily, no one has had the nerve to even infer that I may be attempting to "cross dress" by wearing my kilt. If someone ever did, I'd probably say, "No, if I were really cross dressing, I'd be wearing nylons and stiletto heels, moron!". Has anyone ever been accused of cross-dressing? If so, what was your response.
Thanks,
RB
