Tartan Tweeds
Hamish is currently getting a lot of compliments on his new tweed kilt from Redshanks Scotland (see this thread). So I thought I'd take the opportunity to let the rabble know about a new offering I'm proud to add to my kilt range.
Thanks to a wonderful offer by Redshanks, I am able to supply my four yard box pleated kilts made from Harris Tweed cloth that Redshanks specially commissioned in a small range of tartans. Right now, that includes Campbell ancient, Campbell weathered, MacDonald of the Isles red, MacDonald of the Isles hunting, MacGregor hunting, and Isle of Skye.
You can see images of any of the above here:

Price for these will be the same as for my kilts from custom cloth (i.e. $480 for a four yard kilt). I'm very excited about this new tartan tweed range. For any of you who have been thinking about a tweed kilt, but don't like non-tartan kilts, this is for you!
Note that I'm still offering my kilts in Catherine Campbell's Harris tweed range at $350 -- she has recently told me to expect some swatches in the mail of some new patterns she has available, so watch the site to see when those are added.
