That's as close as we've come to duplicating that part of the wonderful breakfast served to us in a wee B&B near Invergarry.
And if you can't find the right beans, or don't want to go to the trouble of mixing up your own, just use the regular baked beans. They may not be authentic, but they're still good eating.
