    Nifty sporran tool from RKilts

I know many are waiting for info about my new paintball RKilt but until I take pics and such I'll show you another nifty thing RKilts. Last Wednesday i found myself up in Stratford discussing what I was looking for in my new kilt and to pick up a new Tasmanian sporran and sporran belt from Robert when he tosses me this little black plastic doohickey the size of a credit card. i pull on it and this little knife pops out, "cool a sgian dubh" I say. "You're a moron" Robert thinks, he forces up a smile as he shakes his head in disbelief.

My new sporran has a special place for credit cards and such so he's added this to his line. It's about 2" (50mm) high 3 1/4" (80mm) long & 3/16 (4mm) thick, I know this as it has both imperial and metric graduations along the top sides. Also included is that same said sgian dubh at 1 1/2" (40mm) and a pair of scissors that will easily cut paper (and digits). A stylus (for them pda dudes)*, toothpick, tweezers & nail file with screwdriver tip. As I'm writing this post I also notice a glint of silver pulled it out to find a pin! I just went to Robert's site and he's selling these for $20.00. I'm hoping Robert forgets that I have this one as it's found a permanant place in my sporran and hey it's even small enough to hise in my formal sporran without dispacing my cigs.

Edit: I knew I'd seen a similar tool at my local Lee Valley and sure enough it's a Swiss Army Victorinox and for $28.00!

    Here's the pic.

    * Being a mariner of sorts, I'll be using my stylus as a marlingspike .
