A little, small, invisible help...
I'm here in Rome, looking for the 2nd occasion to wear my kilt. Monday with some friends and co-players will sign the official act to start a new team in Rome. I promise to myself (and to my wallet ) to use the kilt in all the "rugby" occasion. I just ordered a belt and buckle, and want to go out in a "pseudo" dress for the dinner before the signing act. Can I mix a classical jacket and a shirt with no tie, without go in a "style offside"?
Thanks.
