ALL clothing is hot.

For temperatures in the mid to upper 90’s daywear for me it has to be my 6” length cotton shorts.

Last night (at midnight!) it was 82F (RealFeel 86F) and very humid.

SWK heavyweight (lightweight wool)? Too hot.
SWK Thrifty? Too hot.

Celtic Croft Economy?
I have two of the CC Economy kilts.
I ordered one of them intentionally one inch shorter that I normally wear so that the kilt definitely falls just ABOVE my knee rather that at the top of my knee.
Cooler than the SWK’s but…too hot.

Just passable was my AmeriKilt. No belt. Sandals. No hose. No shirt tuck.
Now I recall the reason that I purchased two AK’s last summer.

Does anyone have experience with SportKilt’s Hiking Kilt in hot & humid weather?
I wore a SK while visiting there last summer, and found it very comfortable.
