Who does and doesn't call it a skirt.
When wearing a kilt out and about the town you're going to get comments. It's just a matter of when it happens. Typically all the comments I have received are good.
Then there's a group who just has to ask you about your skirt. The last time this happened to me I was in lowes waiting for the girlfriend near the bathrooms (which happens to be right next to the break room). An employee gives me a weird look as he walks past me to the break room and once he;s in there he yells to everyone "hey did you see that guy in the skirt?".
Of all the times I've heard it, it was never a woman making the skirt comment. Has anyone else noticed this?
