What a week, first, I hurt my back when I landed on a female captain while playing ultimate Frisbee, yep, right hand griping the Frisbee and the left hand cupping, well you get the picture. She is taller and bigger than I am and I still managed to knock her to the ground backwards with me landing on top of her scoring my first point of the game. Later that day a co-worker put a pack of cigarettes on her desk.

The rest of the morning I was done! Latter that afternoon I went to the filed medic and the doctor gave me twenty Flexeril. That night I could hardly move and the next morning I went to formation then onto sick call, no PT (physical Training) for four days and given a bottle of 800mg Ibuprofen. Later that morning my co-worker and I loaded 57 laptops and 12 desktops into our van, and me being the stubborn person that I am, I did most of the work. When we arrived at the language lab to offload the desktops I tried to lift one desktop out of the van and my back seized up on me and I nearly dropped the computer on the sidewalk.

I wish that I could have a beer or even a bit of Scotch, but the medication I am on makes me feel dizzy enough, so I will be libation free for a week or more.

Then this Sunday I have 24-hour Division Staff Duty, but I will have Monday off and have another four-day workweek.
