Kilt Do's and Don'ts

I don't personally like this look, but I have to admit that this gentleman is very close to pulling it off well. With some minor changes (switch the boots to a flat collared, "straight across the top" style; lose the belt and the flashes), this outfit could be a solid nod to both cultures without competing with itself in the process.
