Unless this is a new and different tartan, the Confederate Memorial tartan was designed by Dr. Phillip D. Smith in 1995. He also designed the Federal Memorial tartan.
Also, according to the STA information, D. C. Dalgleish in Selkirk have the exclusive rights to weave the Confederate Memorial tartan in wool.
The museum gift shop stocks ties and scarves in the Confederate Memorial tartan, and we can get 11 oz wool cloth 54" wide at $65/yd. We can have either the Confederate or the Federal Memorial tartans woven in 16 oz wool, 29" wide, at $65/yd, and I've made kilts in both.
