ghillie brogues' laces
Do you guys have a special technique/tip to lace them, so the laces do not fall down the leg after a couple steps?
I tried lacing mine per the instructions:
1. turn the laces on themselves 3-6 times
2. lace them upwards and thru the back of the calf
3. then tighten and tie them on front of the calves.
I no more take a couple of steps and whole nice looking assembly collapses and falls down the calf.
Do you guya affix them to the hose somehow?
What am I missing?
