Jacket from Kevin Kinney of Empire Canvas Works. This prototype jacket was not cut for a kilt but I simply folded the edges of the jacket up. My Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess is going to fashion snaps or buttons to make this wonderful jacket convertible between a kilt jacket and a regular one. It is a wonderful piece.
