Actually, Rocky is right on point.
I liken the average halloween costumer to the eBay casual kilt wearer:
They both want to look cool, but they're not quite sure of how to do it or what it should cost.
You can't put a price on quality.

BTW, guys, I am not some uptight nerd (i.e. "Darth Nihlius" on Howard Stern). We have a great time and don't hurt anyone.
Plus, we are proud to celebrate our Celtic heritage.
