Hopi Sunflowers
So I'm down on the Hopi reservation this weekend for the Hopi AA Freedom in Sobriety Campout at Five Houses, AZ. Always a good time. There was this huge field of sunflowers next to the campground and someone had just bladed a "road" through it to the sweatlodge area near the windmill in the distance.

Wore my saffron leather RKilt most of the weekend. That puppy is bulletproof. Wore it all day Friday at work, then for the three hour drive over Black Mesa through the Navajo reservation to Hopi (dirt roads -lots of bouncing) then wore in Friday evening at the AA meetings and again all day Saturday at the meetings. The pleats got a bit rumpled as would be expected but not "that" bad. Check it out.

And, yes, that's a waterbottle in the cargo pocket in the top pic.
Its a long drive each way but it is sooooo serene on the Hopi and up on Black Mesa.
