I've talked Rusty Price, "A" level athlete out here who out-throws the pros at the open stone, into doing a Stones clinic at the end of the month. The great thing is, he's doing if for gas money, food and lodging. There should be about ten of us at the workshop, and while Rusty may not be the greatest coach in the world, he's a *VERY* nice guy and a real monster at the stones. Even just watching him up close all day will help me get better. His mark at Pleasanton this year was 51 feet, 8.75 inches, which beat ALL of the professionals. If he can help me crack 30 feet, that will be the last of my "beginning goals" that I set up when I started this whole silliness.

I hope to get 4-5 guys together and drive out to the Central Valley in January and do a weights for distance workshop with Ryan Viera, as well. With luck that will help me pass 30 feet in the HWFD and 43 feet in the LWFD.
