I have had several pairs from Brewin's and you cannot fault their service (they once sent me the wrong hose, let me keep them and replaced them with the correct ones FOC.)

They fit well and no doubt the elastane they weave in helps to keep them up well. I did notice however that the purple pair I wore with my IOS on the Dumfries kilt night tend to shine in flash photos but this is not visible otherwise to the naked eye.
