Were you aware that the Canadian dollar (a coin) is called the "Loonie" because it has an image of that evening bird, the loon, on its reverse? And that the Canadian two-dollar coin has a name that perfectly fits Canadians' attitude towards the monetary system: it's a "Toonie".
