Scalloped Hose Tops
OK, so having twice this week seen in vintage photos kilt hose with scalloped tops, I have to ask whether anyone knows much about them. Glen just posted one such photo in the vintage thread....

...but I can't just now put my fingers on the other.
They are not for me, but I think they are interesting and look good on the men who wore them.
