On November 28th, I spoke with Rocky and ordered a USA Kilts semitrad kilt. I purchased it in the US Navy tartan, pleated to the white stripe and asked for rush delivery so that I could wear it to a December 13th meeting and Christmas lunch for the submarine veteran organzation to which I belong.

On December 5th, that's correct seven - 7 - days later my new kilt arrived and it fit perfectly. I planned to wear it to my company Christmas party the next evening, but alas, due to illness, I was unable to attend. This lasted past the following weekend as well.

During that time I lost a few pounds and the kilt was just a little too large. But no problem! My lovely wife is a very talented seamstress and tailor and after speaking with Rocky, we determined that just moving the single buckle on the left and the two straps on the right would make it fit. This morning my lovely wife made those adjustments just before starting on a sportcoat conversion to a Crail.

Tomorrow morning we will be attending our regular church service and I will be kilted with a "new" Crail.

I will be posting photos early next week.
