If it is the supersale they have had on for a while it is probably the IOS "machine" stitched rather than handstitched. Their handstitched are still pretty pricey despite the benefit of the exchange rate being favorable. Still for the price, and the great look of the 16oz tank in that tartan, you should look great. I love mine I got 6 months ago.
