Fall Play pix
One of the additional duties for me at Basalt High School is to be one of the directors of the Fall Play. We split the duties up between two of us and put on a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. The students in the National Honor Society put on the dinner part. Excess proceeds from the Dinner Theater go to Ronald McDonald House in Denver (BTW we sent them $500 this year). I went kilted both nights and got numerous comments on how well dressed I was. However I did not want to steal the show, by the way, since it is a showcase for our students. All had a great time and we had a packed house both nights.

The directors again. On the second night I wore my Irish National, light yellow shirt, lovat green hose with bottle green flashes, unfortunately no pix from that night.

The students did a wonderful job, we got rave reviews, and the kids had a great time. We cast the show in Sept., rehearsed for six weeks, and did two performances. For a small High School (500 students) we are rich in talent. We are already looking at two scripts for next year. Since we did murder mysteries the last two years, next year we are planning on Melodramas.
