Local Kiltmaker Commissioned by Canadian Fashionista

According to this report in my local paper it looks like my local kiltmaker is going to be kept busy building ladies kilts for the next wee while.
Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.
