Help with the New X Marks Facebook Page

So cool, I see Hank's announcement and go investigate...something new...Facebook pretty much baffles me and they change it a lot to make it even more confusing.

I wanna join the X Marks group - already joined the X Marks Rabble on Facebook but Hank says this is the "official" page. But can't find the join group button. Figure out its the "become a fan" thingie but everytime I click on that it comes up "error on page."

So I go to my profile and figure maybe I gotta come in that way but when I search for X Marks the Scot I don't get such a page...just all the X Marks the Spot stuff.

Worse, it takes forever on my dial up...so gonna go to bed and maybe it'll work tomorrow after work.

But if there's anyone out there who understands this new thing sure would like to know more. What's the point of it if we already have an X Marks group going? What's the difference between a Facebook "group" and a Facebook "page" and how do we join or show support...or is it just for businesses?

    Enlightenment appreciated.

Okay, an update, went to close it out and go to bed and it now says "remove me from fans" so it looks like even though it just sat there forever and said "error on page" that I made the list...cool.

Still not sure what the point of it all is...like, what am I supposed to do as a fan? Still slipping and sliding around the bottom of the learning curve on this deal.
