Hey Gang-
So I'm starting to get some gear together so I can sport my I.o.S. tank in coordinated style and i wanted to just give a lead to some hiking boots i found.

Since I have fleets of black jackets, sporrans, and belts-i wanted to have some brown for out door style stuff. The belt and sporrans in brown are no problem for me, but I wanted to get the right all purpose hiker to match and to be comfy. I searched high and low, and nothing was quite right. So yesterday, I was at our local Ace Hardware getting sand for my daughter's sandbox and saw that they had a small shoe display. All the shoes were made by "Georgia Boot"....And be a native Georgian, i had to go over and at least look and see what was up!

There were many styles of work and multi purpose, but up at the top, it was like God had put the perfect boot for what I was wanting. Since I've always been a bit of a fashion dandy, I must admit that I've never owned a boot like this. I tried it on and it was just pure heaven. As much work goes to the inside of this boot as they do on the outside. I liked it so much that I bought them on the spot, as well as a low cut wellington mucker. I paid 78.00$ for the hikers, and 59.00$ for the low cut wellies. The hiker is the perfect brindled brown style leather and feels like I could run a marathon in them. The low cut wellies are a oxblood brown that are also equally as comfortable.

So once I get my I.o.S. diced hose, my 6 color I.o.S. Argylls, and my brand new kilt hose creation (You guys are going to LOVE this new style of hose I designed)-I'll take pics galore and post. I'm attaching a link to show the 2 styles of shoe I bought. The link is from the Georgia Boot store web site, and their prices are considerably higher than at Ace hardware, but just for pics sake here they are-
