Kilts Try to Save Brandywine
Here in Pennsylvania, the Governor is cutting back funds to historical areas: places like Conrad Weiser Homestead, Bushy Run, Fort Pitt, and Brandywine. These are very important places of our heritage, to all Americans. Yesterday a friend of mine sent me the following article and the photo, taken several years ago, features my group: Muskets of the Crown, Inc. as 42nd RHR, Grenadier Company. The Grenadier company we portray was actually at the battle of Brandywine in 1777. Although a bit knock kneed (whatsup with that, it must have been because I was standing on a side hill!!), that's me with the white tassel on sporran.
