Modified Stillwater
Well, here it is! Jerry beamed it into my hot little hands within 7-days of ordering it; and today, I got to take it out for a spin... I measured between sizes; so, I took the advice of my brothers here (with Stillwater Kilts experience) and ordered a size-up... This is the result:

In total, I just ripped out the seams that held outer-apron buckles (and sealed up their original locations---since the tabs are sewn into the pleats)
I then opened up the inner-apron, and removed the belt-tab, sealed up the apron seam, and then tabbed the belt back on top of the apron 1.25" away from the apron-edge.
With that done, I could get an exact measurement of where I needed to set the outer-apron buckle-tab, and opened up the seam 2 pleats further back (just enough to insert the tab) from its original location, and and sewed it closed. I don't fancy double-buckles or idle-work; so, I didn't put the 2nd buckle back on.
Then I ironed the pleats before taking the factory basting stitches out, and WHOALA!
After a few more hours of yard-work, I'm kickin' back with a finger of Dalwhinnie ;)

The spirit of the Declaration of Arbroath (6 April 1320) abides today, defiantly resisting any tyranny that would disarm, disperse and despoil proud people of just morals, determined to keep the means of protecting their families and way of life close at hand.
