Making a Great Kilt
Hello all. I need some advice I'm going to be making my first kilt very soon and need to know just how much material I'm going to need.
I hear that a piece of cloth roughly 4-5 yards in length by 60 or so inches in width is the average. So I will give you as much of my info as you need to help me get this right.
I hope that I can tell you what I know right now and that will suffice.
Height 5'6''
Waist 36''/40''
