Welsh Sporran
Yesterday I finished a Welsh sporran for myself.
I have done a couple of others similar to this in the past. I sold the last one I made to a fellow Xmarker and so I needed one for me.

The dragon pattern is from the Welsh Flag, slightly modified to fit the sporran.
Size of the sporran is 7 1/2 inches wide by 8 inches high by two inches inside opening. Fits my wallet, keys, cell phone and change purse, which is all I carry. I need to put on a couple more coats of supersheen finish and I'll be done.

I'm wearing it with my Lloyd welsh tartan kilt ordered from Celtic Croft.
The Lloyd tartan has a thin red horizontal and vertical stripe that may not be evident from the photo.
I now have a day wear sporran with rampant lion in brown and black; a brown Irish Harp; a purchased military type brown; a purchased black semi-formal; and black welsh. That should hold me for awile.
