Kilted weddings
Been out of the loop for a while now. Work and planning a wedding have taken up much of my time. But on to the story....
I've just come back from Canandaigua, NY where I helped celebrate a friend's wedding...kilted of course. The interesting part is that a little over two weeks ago another friend was married at the same venue. 9/6 saw me in Kerr Hunting and 9/26 in Kerr Shepherd. As the two gents who got married are in the same circle of friends, there were several other repeat attendees. I got more than one comment about having multiple kilts. "Didn't you have a different kilt on last time?" "How many of those things do you have?" etc. I think I may have even talked a few guys into taking the plunge. Even met one guy who is currently jonesing for the Dress Gordon he has on order. All in all a successful couple of trips as an ambassador to kilting.
Still alive and kicking,
Alex
