Thanks all. I finally figured out how to let the seller fill in the S&H. For six meters, I was given a quote of 35 pounds. A bit more than I had hoped, but seems reasonable from what I'm reading here.
I sent them an email and received word back that my 4 meters would ship for 30 pounds to the USA. When I went back into EBay to pay they had already filled out the postage amount for me.
