Kilted at the TSO Concert?
So tomorrow afternoon I'm going to be attending the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert here in Greensboro and I'm somewhat inclined to go kilted. I've made a couple of trips to Target kilted and a run or two to the grocery store, but haven't been to a truly public event like this in a kilt. At this point, my wardrobe is still somewhat limited by funding. I'll be wearing the kilt, hose, garter ties and sporran shown in this thread. I do have a less formal sporran belt not shown in those pictures that I'll probably wear with the outfit. I guess I'm looking for suggestions on what to wear above the kilt. I have a black waistcoat I can wear or maybe a sweater, but I don't want to go too over the top. TSO isn't your typical rock concert, so dressing up (to a certain extent, anyway) wouldn't look totally out of place, but even so it's still a concert, and anything involving a tie is probably way too much. Ideas? Concerns?
Thanks!
