Good luck to you on your diet. I started mine last summer and have been taking it off slowly. Today Im 40 pounds lighter than when I made my first "50 Yard Kilt", and still hope to loose another 20.

For me it's been a high protien diet. Staying away from a lot of pastas, etc. Portion control is the hardest for me. It is a lifestyle change, but at 40 pounds lighter the results are now seen by others and their comments are also encouraging.
