Some have been wondering why some of the soldiers were in their Combat uniforms. I talked to the RSM today and he said some have not been outfitted with their dress uniforms yet. The regiments pays for these uniforms themselves and certain sizes are in short supply. Once money is raised, more Scarlets will be purchased.
