Hey Guys, I'm a sad flabby unmotivated mess! I put off what was to be my off season training plan because of an impending surgery that luckily was decided that was unneccessary. But in that time of sitting on my duff I've gotten fat and lazy. My workout routine consist of twice a week squats, bench, cleans, military press and dead lifts followed by lounging in the hot tub. I even stopped hitting the heavy bag! I'm a hot steamy mess LOL! What I need from you is anything that will motivate me to get back into training before the season sneaks up on me. So go ahead...shame me, slap me, inspire me--whatever it takes! Maybe others are in the same boat as me and this might help them. My goal 2 years ago after overcoming a severe injury and one of those near-death things, was to make to the MWC some day. Well, I'm registered--and I can't even get my butt in gear to make sure that I don't embarass myself out there. So go ahead--let it rip! Give me your best shot!
